All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation.
Below are the processing and shipping options available:
UK SAVER – 2-3 working days for processing and 3-5 working days for shipping.
UK FIRST CLASS – 1-2 working days for processing and 2-3 working days for shipping.
Please note: when selecting this delivery option, orders must be placed before 2 pm Monday – Friday for same day despatch.
International Shipping: 2-3 business days for processing and between 10-14 business days for shipping.

- Orders that select any free shipping offers will be shipped using the most economical carrier and service.

There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout for the courier company to contact you in the case of any unforeseen circumstances.
- Ayarha is not responsible for additional shipping rates and/or customs charges incurred by customer when importing our goods. (Note that some countries may charge special taxes/customs fees for received merchandise based on each country’s governing laws.)
- If you are unable to pay additional customs charges and choose to have the package returned to us, you'll receive a refund minus the cost of shipping
- If the order was not mis-delivered to a neighboring location, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you in contacting your local Post Office. You may get a faster result contacting them/visiting the post office as well. Your local Post Office will be able to speak directly with your neighborhood delivery person about where your package may have gone. Sometimes they are able to retrieve your package and re-deliver.
- For cases where an order is lost, we will file a claim on our end and ship out a new order if the items are still available. The reshipment will require a signature upon delivery. If one or more of the items you ordered are unavailable, we will issue store credit.
